Workout Apps

Gym rat? Wannabe yogi? These are the apps you need to keep you on your toes.

CorePower Yoga

If there’s a CorePower in your area and this is where you do yoga, this app is a must-have. I’m a CPY girl myself, and this way the schedule’s always with me – even for last minute decisions to hit a class.

For exploring new neighborhoods or running paths, at least this way you won’t get lost!

Who says you have to listen to music while running? Books on tape are a great way to pass the time, learn something, and stay focused while you run.

Pandora – Free Music & Radio

… but if you DO need music instead of the spoken word, choose your highest energy Pandora station and hit the pavement!

Voice Memos

Ok, this has nothing to do with working out, but I know I’ve been on a run or a walk and had the epiphany of all epipanies with no way to write it down! If your iPhone is double as your iPod, this is a great way to “remind” yourself to do/accomplish/start/pick up something.
