In Apple’s hopes for a family-friendly iPad launch, the iPhone manufacturer is getting more strict about which apps make it to the iTunes App Store. The result is that several adult iPhone apps are turning up missing for iPhone users. Meanwhile, new opportunities are opening up for Android users.

Google has more of a hands-off approach with its Android mobile platform, lending way to many Android apps that would otherwise not be approved by Apple.  Here are some semi-tame Android apps that still push the envelope.

Sexy Truth or Dare 18+ is pretty self-explanatory, making for quite a raunchy party for Android users.  At $1.99, the Android app itself doesn’t contain any explicit material, but it is intended for adult use only.  While Apple still has a handful of adult iPhone games, there’s no telling how much longer they’ll be around.

Boobsland sounds rather distasteful, but the intent of this Android app is not to show pornographic material.  All content used for the free Android app comes from YouTube, and is therefore limited to those videos approved for distribution through YouTube.  A fine line to walk, but a safer bet for Android users, nonetheless.

Another indirect way to get your adult content is through the Boobage Android app.  Free, the Android app pulls images from a related-topic Web site to deliver them on your phone.  While the photos can get a little racy, it’s an Android app containing the word “boob” that can survive in the Android Market.

The SlideHer Android app was one that was notoriously removed from the iTunes App Store, yet the concept has found a safe haven in the Android Market.  At $1.99, you can rearrange photos of a bikini-clad woman, and use the photo as your phone’s wallpaper.

With bikini scratch-off games missing from iTunes App Store as well, Android users may enjoy Misato – FukuScratch.  For just under $2.00, you can scratch away at your screen, which displays a woman in a dress.  The more you scratch, the more you reveal her undergarments.
