Prepare for your next job interview with this iPhone app

At the coffee shop the other day, I overheard a young woman talking to her friend about a recent job interview. Apparently, the interviewee felt the young woman wasn’t intelligent because she delayed answers to questions so not to say “like” or “um.”

Perhaps if she had 15500 Useful English Phrases Business Edition, the interview would have went better. She could have memorized some recommended business phrases to smooth the rough patches, such as “from the standpoint of serviceability” or “it is interesting to note.”

While it would be bad form to search for phrases during an interview, this app is an effective preparation tool. There is even a favorite function to drill down on the most appropriate phrases, depending on who who or the type of person will be interviewing you.

The app also includes tips for public speaking, literary expressions and striking similes. It’s even useful for speech writing, as I’ve been finding out in my office.
