This app is excellent for New Years Resolutions and Goal Setting. Just put in the goal and the steps you are taking to get there. You can also set up email reminders. The website is also very useful. My favorite feature of the website is that it tells you how many people have the same goals as you. For example, type in save money and more than a thousand people want to do that as well! Simple and well designed.

This is a very informative app that includes different hypnosis techniques, a brief history of hypnosis, and exercises you can practice. The explanations are clear and the app is easy to navigate. I love apps like this that aren’t cheezy! Highly Recommend!
