New iPhone apps worth downloading: Redd – reddit client, Robbers, Skateboard Party 2

Today’s first app worth downloading is designed to help Reddit users get the most out of the Internet’s huge community sharing site. It’s Redd, a Reddit client that makes it easy to browse, post and comment on threads and subreddits. The game sends players into a side-scrolling museum filled with boxes, scaffolds, statues and guards, and you’ll need to avoid the obstacles in order to grab as much loot as you can before you’re caught. What’s it about? Perform as many tricks as possible to earn points and take down achievements in Skateboard Party 2.

What’s cool? The ultimate goal in Skateboard Party 2 is to be an awesome skateboarder. Playing the 3-D game from a third-person perspective, players skate around the eight game areas, doing tricks off half-pipes and ramps, grinding on obstacles, creating combos, and basically racking up all the points they can manage. You can also take on friends and other players in multiplayer trick-battles across an Internet connection, and work to master 40 different kinds of tricks and skills to drive up your scores.
