Kelly Croy’s Favorite iPhone Apps

Feb 15, 2010

The iPhone is an amazing device and so useful for all areas of my life. I would like to share the apps that I feel are most useful.

Best Twitter client.

Awesome Note 2 (Tasks/Calendar/To-do List/Journal)

Best way to get organized. Like to-do lists? Get this.

You also need this in addition to Awesome Note. Why? 2Do will send you Push updates and reminders. Very nice.

It’s portable Facebook. C’mon.

Yahoo! Sportacular Pro

You can have score changes and game updates from any sport sent to you as text message update. I love this!

eBay – Shop, Search, Buy & Sell. The Best Deals and Discounts on Cars, Clothes, Gadgets & more.

eBay needs to be on your iPhone for a couple of reasons. First, you can quickly check the monetary social worth of something. By that I mean, what people are actually willing to pay for something. Second, we should all un-clutter our lives and make some extra cash whether it’s for you, your family, or your favorite charity. Get it. Use it.

Great source of mobile news. Fast and looks gorgeous. Why buy a paper?

U.S. Bank Mobile Wallet

I like to be able to check my balance and transfer funds. This app is a decent start, but they really need to add some more features. Also, the user interface is average at best. I only list it, because mobile banking is the future.

Dragon Dictation

I can’t believe this is free! Now repeat after me, “Don’t text and drive!” For the times when you need to speak your messages to send in a text or email, this amazing app is for you. Works so well. The is a company to keep your eye on.
