Some apps help keep me on track with my goals and in a positive frame of mind. These are the things I use when out and about to keep me feeling good.

Gratitude Journal ~ the original!

Everyone from Oprah to any therapist worth their salt recommends a gratitude journal as a way to increase happiness. This journal allows you to list what you’re grateful for that day and rate your day 1-5 stars. With adorable themes and password protection, this app is a great way to stop and be thankful, no matter where you are. You can also read inspirational quotes and share your list with anyone on your contacts list, if you’re looking to spread your joy.


Vision Board

Vision Boards have been touted as one of the most effective ways to help people stay on track with their goals and this app will help you do just that. You can pull photos, add notes and create different vision boards for different areas of your life. A great way to keep your eye on your goals while on the go.

Many of us have Life Lists of goals we’re working to achieve. This app allows you to manage your Life Lists from your phone. List and track your goals, write entries about your progress and mark them complete when you’re done.
