Inception was an incredible movie. If any of you haven’t watched it yet, it’s definitely worth renting for a night. One of the more defining elements of the movie was the sounds and music that helped build the various dreams and create the emotion-packed scenes. Now there has been an app released for the movie that attempts to bring the different worlds and environments straight to your own life. Instead of watching it on screen, experience your own dreamworlds.

For a free app, I must say it’s at least interesting. Based on where you are, what the weather is, how fast your traveling, and how loud the world is around you, you will be transported to a different dreamscape. Each one has different effects that automatically adjust to the world around you creating an eerie feeling that there is a soundtrack to your life.

After a long time of experimenting with this app, it was apparent there was nothing too magical about it. It was a lot of fun to try and unlock the various dreams but ultimately there wasn’t any groundbreaking to the app. I still can’t decide whether or not to visit Africa for one of the dreams. Check this one out.
