We all have a need for lists in our lives. Whether it’s school keeping us busy or just the grocery essentials, everyone uses lists on a frequent basis. Google has offered an option for lists right within Gmail which is a godsend for anyone who likes everything to be in one place, but there really isn’t a good option from them for syncing those to-dos to your iPhone and iPod Touch. This is where GoTasks comes in.

This free app does one thing only, syncs your Google Tasks to your phone. Just like many of the other “to do” apps in the App Store, GoTasks gives you options to set the due date, add to different lists, and even offers badges on the app icon so you can always see when you have something important to do.

Set up is very simple. Just add your Google account settings and it will have you choose what kind of sync settings you want. The app worked perfectly as advertised, though I did see a little bit of a delay when receiving tasks input from a browser. But overall, this app was exactly what I was looking for and definitely will be staying on my phone for quite a while. Check it out.
