One of the more interesting games to catch my attention is Flying Hamster. The game, at first glance, seems like a children’s game but turns out to be a much better experience. It’s built in the same way many old arcade games are set up with different powerups, enemies, and even challenging boss battles.

You play as a hamster who has his friend stolen by evil animals and it is your job to fly around to get her back. Like most side-scrolling games, you will be flying through the levels avoiding plenty of projectiles and searching for useful powerups.

The graphics in this game are amazingly high quality and the music is excellent. There were many times in the game where I was extremely confused as to what was going on. How many games do you know where penguins float from the sky on umbrellas with handguns while chickens throw explosive eggs at you?

Overall, the game was actually a challenge and was extremely well-made. I would recommend it for kids and adults alike. Check it out.
