iFiles iPhone app turns your device into a mobile office

Never again will I forget to bring updated files with me to work the next day after a long night of editing from bed. On numerous occasions, I have updated files only to forget to plug in my thumb drive and save the edited document, which is why I love the iFiles iPhone app ($1.99).

Taking advantage of this iPhone app is easy. Follow the directions in the iPhone app by what type of computer program you work with and then start saving documents, movies, photos and more.

I was really surprised at how easy it was, especially since I have Vista. It took a mere minute for me to set this up and now, no more thumb drives for me! It works with various types of files: PDF, Microsoft Office, audio, images and more. Just save your master file in the iFiles folder and as long as your iPhone is connected to your computer via Wi-Fi, your file is automatically updated.

The iFiles iPhone app even allows you to zip files to email straight from your iPhone. There is also an option for setting up a password if you are worried about the security of your documents.

Don’t leave home without iFiles!
