iWorkout Muse

This is a great app for interval training. With the iWorkout Muse app you can use your own music from a playlist and create whatever custom interval times you want.


DailyBurn – Calorie, Workout, and Weight Tracker

With the DailyBurn iPhone app you can keep a log of your daily nutrition and see the breakdown of macronutrients in your diet. You can also record your workouts, add motivational notes, make workout friends and more to take your fitness to the next level.


Runkeeper – GPS Running, Walk, Cycling, Workout, Pace and Weight Tracker

RunKeeper uses the GPS technology found in the iPhone to track your fitness activity, giving you comparable results to an expensive GPS watch at a fraction of the cost. There’s also a free version of this app called RunKeeper Free.


FoodScanner – Calorie, Diet, and Weight Loss

This app lets you scan foods with the built-in iPhone camera to and see the nutrients that are inside them.
