If you love your Dish Network, then don’t limit your television watching to your living room. Heck, you are paying for it, so you might as well enjoy your 400 channels wherever you go with the free Dish Remote Access iPhone app.

The app allows you to watch your favorite programs at any location. Let’s say you’re stuck at work late, and don’t make it to the subway until 8:15 p.m., right in the middle of a must-see episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Pop open you iPhone, plug in some earphones, and you are ready to take in all the Lamar and Khloe you can handle.

In addition, you can also watch saved programs on your time schedule. So if you really, really can’t miss that episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, you can watch at a time that fits your schedule; or if it’s particularly fabulous, you can watch it again at a later time.

Cooler still, let’s say you had every intention of setting your DVR to catch the Bears game before you left the house, but forgot. Well, you can control your DVR remotely with the Dish Remote Access iPhone app.

It should be noted, however, that the Dish Remote Access is compatible with a limited number of receiver models. So you will need to check that you have the right one before your proceed.
