Only BusinessWeek stories are included here, but that could be a minor concern for readers familiar with the title. After all, BusinessWeek itself offers a lot of content across several business categories.
Still, the app doesn’t do much other than compile stock quotes and news stories from the magazine’s website, but it does those things well. For instance, you can customize the stock screen to gather current market quotes from the businesses or industries you care most about. Then, relevant stories about those businesses can be opened in a different screen.
A nice feature is that stories can be temporarily saved on the iPhone to accessed offline. Otherwise, BusinessWeek doesn’t offer many fancy tricks or multimedia features that other financial news apps do, yet the straight-forward approach to news remains appreciated.
