Our other top apps are excellent as well, offering up major updates to the Twitter and Starbucks apps as well as fresh faces that will add a clapping synthesizer to your iPhone and help you follow the latest trials.

Brewster

If you’ve got friends across numerous platforms and you’re constantly unsure which network you need to go to to look up their personal information, Brewster is the ideal app for you. Brewster is an address book that pulls info out of all of your social media hangouts like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, Foursquare, and more. Now instead of having to check each one to find that phone number you wanted, you only have to check Brewster. It’s a tremendously streamlined experience and a huge benefit to anyone with a lot of contacts.

Twitter (Update)

While there are a number of unique Twitter apps available for the iPhone, that’s no reason to forget about the official iPhone Twitter app, which has recently received a feature-rich update. The iOS Twitter app can now showcase expanded tweets, which enables users to preview links and images before they click on something they don’t want to see. The app also features push notifications that can be customized to include push alerts when a specific user sends out their latest and greatest tweets.

Starbucks (Update)

The Starbucks app offers a host of new features in its latest update that makes it even more useful for coffee addicts than it was before. The primary upgrade provides a unique inbox for users where they can receive messages and special offers from Starbucks, so they’ll always know the latest deals. Users can now also view their complete rewards history and reload their Starbucks cards faster than ever.

Wild About Trial

Wild About Trial takes you into the trenches of the top U.S. criminal trials. The app is free to download but users must pay $0.99 per trial to get specific news and information on each one including the facts of the case, bios of judges and defendants and court-specific documents. Wild About Trial even includes analysis from numerous legal experts on certain trials.

Clap Box

Fans of clapping synthesizers like the kind all over your favorite ‘80s hip-hop songs can rejoice, because Clap Box brings the beat back and puts it on your iPhone. Clap Box features a trigger that uses the iPhone’s mic to get the app going once you clap your hands near the mic. Clap Box also features speed triggers for truly outrageous beats-per-minute clapping (up to 300 BPM) as well as a whole host of knobs to affect the style of the clapping that the synth produces.
