Jibbigo Chinese English Speech Translator (made for iPhone 3GS, 3rd gen. iPod touch or newer)

speak a language you want translated (I use the Mandarin Chinese version), and it converts to text and speaks it back in the desired language, back and forth, so two people can carry on a live conversation. Great for traveling, like a real-time speaking translator. $25 but well worth it for Chinese as it shows pinyin with tones as well as characters. http://www.jibbigo.com/website/index.php
