If you’re tired of drama on social networks, you might want to start your week with today’s leading app worth downloading, It’s a social sharing app that encourages spreading emotions like joy and gratitude – which can be refreshing after Facebook overload. The app is a perfect pocket companion if you’re planning a ski trip, and it features a bunch of exclusive lift ticket deals and other money saving coupons to help you keep the cost of hitting the slopes to a minimum. The new update optimizes Liftopia for iPhone 5 and provides zoomable trail maps and working in-design improvements.

Who’s it for? Liftopia is a must-have for skiers and snowboarders, and can come in handy for those just who want to hit the slopes during a weekend trip.

GeoDash: Wild Animal Adventure (Free)

What’s it about? A side-scrolling platformer, National Geographic’s GeoDash teaches players about wildlife from around the world.

What’s cool? As a platforming game, GeoDash is mostly about finding and collecting items – memory cards, special fruits and the like – in order to rack up the best score you can on each level. More than that, though, it’s a game that’s designed to be educational, and it takes players through a number of habitats from around the world, including the Amazon rainforest and the African savannah.

Who’s it for? GeoDash is mostly aimed at kids, but if you want a light-hearted and educational platformer, you should give it a look.
