DropCopy Lite – share files and clipboards wirelessly!

DropCopy is simple to use with the File Sharing area of iTunes and allows you to select and upload files from you computer directly to your device. Unfortunately, it seems the only feature that actually comes with the free version, is the ability to transfer files wirelessly between you and others who are using the DropCopy app. You will have to upgrade to the pro version to activate functions like file preview and email capabilities.

USB Disk Free – The File Manager

USB Disk handles video, audio, images, word, and pdf documents with ease, and the file viewing option works flawlessly as well. This app also includes the ability to handle zipped files, and connecting with an existing dropbox account if you choose to purchase the extension. Great option with additional extensions available if you see fit, or you can upgrade to the pro version to activate all extensions at once.

FileViewer USB FREE – File Viewing & Email (for iPhone & iPod touch)

This was my favorite all around USB based file storage app. It handled all files that I threw at it with no issues, and required no additional services or plug-in’s since the app has it’s own audio/video player, doc/pdf preview support, and file e-mail functionality. Simple all in one app that is incredibly useful when you want to make sure you have your files available at your fingertips.
